Balloon Quest is a five day festival sponsored by the Union Township Volunteer Fire Dept that features carnival rides, food, games, entertainment, demonstrations, hot air balloons, Balloon Glow and more! Free admission and free parking. Located at Scotland Meadows Park in New Castle.

Balloon Glow is on Thursday, July 13th at 9:15pm.

Fireworks by Pyrotechnico on Saturday, July 15th at 10:30pm.

Unlimited ride armband specials are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6-11pm for $16 per armband. On Saturday there are two armband sessions from 1-5pm for $10 per armband & 6-11pm for $16 per armband.
