The Lehighton Community Carnival, sponsored by the Lehighton Education & Athletic Foundation (LEAF), will take place from Thursday, April 26th through Saturday, April 28th, located at the Middle School Practice fields on Mahoning St and 9th St. The three day fair will have carnival rides for all ages, great food, games, and music including the Lehighton Area High School Marching Band on Thursday at 6:30pm.
Thursday features a ride wristband special – ride all the rides for $15. Family Day ride specials are on Saturday from 1:30 – 5:30pm, ride wristbands are $15 each. Saturday will also feature the Coaster Derby Race on Beaver Run Road. Registration for the race starts at 8am, practice is at 9am, and the race starts at 10am.
