The annual Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival returns to Center City on Saturday, May 19th, located along Walnut Street between S Broad St & 19th and 18th St from Sansom to Locust. The festival features street cafes, art, beauty, fashion, family fun, culinary demonstrations, beer and cocktail samplings, live music and entertainment. The festival goes on rain or shine.
